How to apply
- Open the file, find the scheme you want and read its eligibility and conditions.
- Most schemes first need the disability certificate issued by the authorised body; ask the district hospital or the relevant office where and how to get it. The Gram Panchayat can tell you about help from its reserved fund.
- Fill in the form and submit it at the office named for the scheme.
- After submitting, take an acknowledgement or inward number and keep a copy of the application.
